Palatine Pack Early Summer Meet
Thursday, June 27 @ Fremd High School Track
Field Events 5:00 pm, Track Events 5:30 pm
Event Description
This early summer community track meet offers affordable track and field competition for all members of the family. The meet offers limited events for age groups including Beginner (ages 7 and below), Youth (ages 8-11), Middle School (ages 12-14), High School (ages 14-18), and Open (18 and above). The entire meet takes place in the evening and lasts 2 1/2 to 3 hours. To that end, we ask that athletes limit their participation to a MAXIMUM of two track events and one field event, or one track event and two field events.
Location
The meet is run at the track/football stadium on the grounds of Fremd High School. The school is located at 1000 S. Quentin Rd., Palatine, IL 60067.
Cost and Registration
Pre-registration is available online via Athletic.net. Entry instructions are available here. The cost is $15 - $13 entry fee plus a $2 service fee from Athletic.net. All athletes in the Beginner age group are FREE. Any athlete enrolled in a Palatine Pack summer program is also FREE. These groups include Youth Track Camp, Palatine and Fremd Early Bird, Palatine Run Club, Palatine Pack Throws Academy, and Palatine Pack TFCC club. All camp attendees will enroll through their respective coaches.
If you already have an Athletic.net profile set up, you may register at the meet page here.
Meet day registration runs from 4:00 pm - 4:45 pm. Cost for meet day registrants is $20. Accepted forms of payment include cash, checks payable to Palatine Pack TFCC, and credit card processing via Square. Questions
Please direct all specific questions to meet managers Chris Quick, Alex Soto, and Mike Nigliaccio at palatinepack@gmail.com. Let us know any special accommodations an athlete may need in order to compete. We will do our best to meet those needs and can best do so if we know in advance. Thanks again for being part of our event!
